The Service Excellence Network

Webinar

Building resilience and maintaining productivity during extended homeworking

The first Service Excellence Network event in 2020 (a private tour around an Amazon distribution centre scheduled for 1st April) has been postponed; we hope to re-schedule this for a later date in due course. In the meantime, we remain committed to providing value to our Service Excellence Network members, the first example of which is this webinar.

Wednesday 1 April, 11:00 - 11:45

Hosted by Mark Bilney
Managing Director | Learning and Development

The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is an alarming and unsettling situation for us all, and one of its many consequences has been a steep rise in remote working. Many of our Network members have rapidly established a new working environment from their home office or dining table, and may be juggling childcare responsibilities and supporting vulnerable members of their community alongside their usual work.

We know there is a lot more to effective home work than a regular team check-in or shared kanban board, and this webinar will explore some of the practicalities of transitioning to a new working environment successfully.

Throughout the session we’ll take questions and share best-practice, valuable to those adjusting to the new reality of extended remote working.
